2020-21 Adult General Education Test Record
This format is reported three times per year using the Survey Period Codes:
- F (Summer data - Reported in Fall months)
- W (Fall data - Reported in the Winter months)
- S (Spring data - Reported in the Summer months)
Submit a separate record in each of the reporting periods noted above for each pre- or post-test taken by an adult general education student during the relevant reporting period.
Do not send duplicate test records.
Key Fields:
The key fields for this format are item numbers 1-51,2,34,5,8,10,11,12,14 and 19. If a key field needs to be changed, the record must be deleted and re-submitted as an add.
