Community-Based Organizations (CBO) Contact Directory

For consistent communication channels between the WEDS office and the Community-Based Organizations, it’s imperative to maintain current and accurate contact information for all relevant CBO staff members.

The CBO Contact Directory serves as the main resource for CBO staff contact information for which the WEDS office utilizes to disseminate communication.

The following spreadsheet is the current CBO Contact Directory, please contact the WEDS staff for any updates.

Instructions for updating the CBO Contact Directory:

  1. Send an email to the WEDS team, at, specifying the change and include the following:
    • New contact name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • The name of the prior Reports Coordinator (if applicable)
    • Effective date of the change
  2. Once the WEDS team member notifies the CBO contact that the request has been completed, the CBO contact must verify the updates by reviewing the spreadsheet.
