Required Institutional Fees

FL-SARA fees and NC-SARA fees are based on the institution’s full time equivalent enrollment reported to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) each fall. Please see the enrollment ranges below to determine your institutional fees to both FL-SARA and NC-SARA.

Fees to the Council (FL-SARA Fees)

• FTE fewer than 2,500 students: $1250
• FTE between 2,500 and 9,999 students: $2750
• FTE over 10,000 students: $4250

Fees must be submitted with the fee transmittal form along with the institutional application. A copy of the check must be submitted with your application as proof of payment. If fees are not paid, it could delay the processing of your FL-SARA application.

After institutions are approved by the Council, the institutional contact will receive an email from NC-SARA with a link to pay the NC-SARA fee. For information regarding the NC-SARA fee please contact NC-SARA.
