Application to participate in SARA

An institution seeking approval to operate or renew under the terms and standards of the Florida State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (FL-SARA) must meet the requirements in the application below. Once completed, please submit your application along with supporting documentation to FLSARAinfo@fldoe.org.

*Fees must be submitted with the fee transmittal form along with the institutional application. A copy of the check must be submitted with your application as proof of payment. If fees are not paid, it could delay the processing of your FL-SARA application.
