Seminole State College Visit

Sanford, Fla., August 8, 2025 – On August 8, 2025, Commissioner of Education Anastasios Kamoutsas toured the beautiful Altamonte Springs Campus of Seminole State College of Florida (SSCF) with a special focus on the Nursing and Health Sciences Labs. These impressive programs equip students with the knowledge and hands-on training needed to confidently enter or advance in high-demand healthcare careers. During the visit, the SSCF team also shared plans for a new workforce building that will expand the college’s capacity to train students in these critical fields.
