Request for Proposals (RFP) - Statewide
The Florida Department of Education is pleased to announce the release of the 2024-25 Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program, authorized under Title IV, Part B of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (TAPS Number 25B030).

Applicants are encouraged to submit a Notice of Intent to Apply via email at 21stCCLCRFP@fldoe.org by Monday, May 13, 2024.
Applicants will be able to ask questions regarding the RFP via email to 21stCCLCRFP@fldoe.org. The last day to submit questions is by Monday, May 20, 2024.
All proposals must be completed online via the online system at the following link: https://fldoe21cclc.smapply.io/. Proposals must be submitted in the system by Friday, May 31, 2024.
Request for Proposals (RFP) - Geographic Expansion
The Florida Department of Education is pleased to announce the release of the 2024-25 Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program, authorized under Title IV, Part B of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (TAPS Number 25B030).
In an effort to comply with ESEA 4204(f), Geographic Expansion, these funds will be allocated to fund quality applications to operate 21st CCLC programs in Florida counties not currently served by a 21st CCLC program. The targeted counties are:
- Baker
- Bay
- Bradford
- Calhoun
- Charlotte
- Dixie
- Flagler
- Gadsden
- Gilchrist
- Glades
- Gulf
- Hamilton
- Hardee
- Hendry
- Hernando
- Holmes
- Indian River
- Jackson
- Nassau
- Okaloosa
- Okeechobee
- Santa Rosa
- Union
- Wakulla
- Walton
- Washington
