Position Name: Compliance Monitor (1 position - Tallahassee location)
Description: The Compliance Monitor performs risk assessments, operational and financial monitoring of 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) sub recipients in accordance with professional standards. The Compliance Monitor ensures appropriate controls exist; processes are efficient and accurate; operating procedures are in compliance with federal and state rules and regulations and best practices; identifies internal control and business process improvement strategies designed to strengthen project controls and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness; and prepares reports of findings and makes recommendations to resolve conditions noted.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a field directly related to the program responsibilities and two years of professional experience; or Master's degree in an area of specialization appropriate for the program.
