The State Board of Education Rules are now found on the Department of State’s newly created Web site. You may search by rule, title, subject, statute number, and agency. Additionally, information is available on the status of each rule allowing you to view the notices of proposed rulemaking as well as the date the amendment becomes effective. At the bottom of the page you may also review the action of the last 90 days which allows you to see rules in the process of amendment as well as the text of the proposed rules. You may also sign up for e-mail notification when a rule is proposed for amendment.
