Technical Assistance Papers Implementation of Attendance Requirements for Minors to Maintain their Driving Privilege (PDF) is a technical assistance paper that provides information to school personnel who implement the attendance related proceedings and district technical staff, who provide information to Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV). Students must attend school in order to obtain and maintain driving privileges. The Office of Dropout Prevention collaborates with the DHSMV to provide technical assistance and training to schools for implementation of this requirement.

Annual Dropout Prevention Report

Pursuant to section 1003.53 of the Florida Statutes, the Office of Dropout Prevention is required to provide a report each year by February 15^th to the Florida Legislature on dropout prevention and academic intervention programs.
