Dustin Sims of Flagler Palm Coast High School (FPCH) in the Flagler County School District was honored with the Outstanding Assistant Principal Achievement Award.

Florida A&M University President Dr. Elmira Mangum delivered the keynote address during the Florida Department of Education’s Black History Month Program. Attendees also enjoyed performances by FSU professor and blues singer Charles Atkins, soloist and FDOE team member Felicia Williams, and students from Crossroad Academy.
