The 2008-2009 version of FASTER/SPEEDE/ExPRESS was implemented the weekend of December 13-14, 2008. Please review the 2008-2009 Change Summary for a description of all changes made on that date. For a list of all changes made during the year to the 2008-2009 FASTER User Manual, please refer to the 2008-2009 Update Summary.
