FASTER and SPEEDE/ExPRESS are sets of predefined data formats used to electronically exchange student records and transcripts among educational institutions. Please visit this site often to obtain the latest information regarding the System.

  • The 2008 STRES (Standing Committee on Student Records and Electronic Systems) meeting was held on June 16, 2008 in Orlando, Florida. As soon as the Minutes of the meeting are available they will be sent out to all Listserv members. The changes agreed upon in that meeting will be published in the Change Summary 2008-2009 on August 1, 2008. If you have questions, please contact Pete Tanzy or Laverne McKenzie.
  • The 2007-2008 version of FASTER/SPEEDE/ExPRESS was implemented the weekend of September 29-30, 2007. Please review the 2007-2008 Change Summary for a description of all changes made on that date. For a list of all changes made during the year to the 2007-2008 FASTER User Manual, refer to the 2007-2008 Update Summary. This will outline all the changes made since the September 2007 implementation.
