Contact Center
The Bureau of Educator Certification (BEC) Contact Center is responsible for managing phone calls and email correspondences. The primary purpose is to offer premier customer service by addressing the certification inquiries of constituents.
Contact Center Hours
Effective October 18, 2024, the Contact Center hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. In an effort to offer specialized support, BEC Communications Specialists will be available each Friday by appointment only from 8:15 am - 4:15 pm. Friday appointments will be offered through March 1, 2025. Please call 850-245-9796 to schedule.
