Diversified Cooperative Training Association of Florida/Work Experience Association of Florida (DCTAF/WEAF) is the professional organization that serves Florida educators involved in diversified career training and on-the-job work experience opportunities.

DCTAF/WEAF is a division of the Florida Association of Career and Technical Educators (FACTE) which is a division of the Association of Career and Technical Educators (ACTE).
