The Division of Career and Adult Education supports professional development for secondary and postsecondary career and technical education teachers and administrators by providing opportunities for statewide mini-grants for industry certification and professional development training and activities.

Mini Grants for Industry Certification

The Carl D. Perkins State Leadership/Professional Development Institute is offering mini-grants to Florida’s secondary and post-secondary full-time Career and Technical Education teachers who wish to pursue state-approved industry certifications. Central Florida Community College was selected to administer the Perkins grants to full-time CTE teachers throughout the state.
