Purpose: To provide education, skills training, supportive services, and job placement assistance to eligible migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their dependents. These services are provided that they may achieve economic self-sufficiency by obtaining employment outside of agriculture or upgrading their skills and stabilizing their employment in agriculture.

Target Audience: Eligible migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their dependents.
