This program does many things to entice attendance, good grades and program continuity through the years. We offer cash awards for good attendance, highest GPA's in each year, in each class, jackets, hats, gauges upon graduation at the conclusion of the third year, etc. This seems to work exceptionally well as our drop-out rate is very low. I would be happy to elaborate on this and anything additional we are doing.

Also, we have recently (last year), created a new Advanced Control Program and ONLY graduates from the 3 year apprentice program can attend. We have had a full-house in that program for 2 years now and the popularity is growing; thus, increased interest in our apprentice program.
