1. Parent and Child Together (PACT) Time
   Interactive literacy activities between parents and their children
2. Parent Education
   Training for parents as the primary teachers and full partners in the education of their children
3. Adult Education
   Adult literacy training that leads to economic self-sufficiency
4. Quality Age-Appropriate Education
   Instructional activities designed to prepare children for success in school and life experiences
