Polk County Teacher Named Runner-Up Beginning Teacher of the Year

English and Pre-IB teacher Karen Murray of Haines City High School in Polk County has been recognized as the state's Beginning Teacher of the Year Runner Up from the Florida Council of Teachers of English (FTCE). Murray was presented with the award during the FCTE's annual meeting in Orlando earlier this month.
