Miami-Dade Professor is Florida’s Professor of the Year
Miami-Dade College Professor Sandra Shultz has been named the 2009 U.S. Professor of the Year for the state of Florida by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. Dr. Shultz is a professor in the college’s Department of Biology, Health and Wellness and was recognized for excellence in teaching and her ability to positively influence the lives and careers of students.
