Innovative Partnership Brings Laser Photonics Academy to Orange County School
Florida’s first high school Laser Photonics Academy was recently unveiled at Wekiva High School. The career academy was made possible through a partnership with Orange County Public Schools, Northrop Grumman Corporation’s Laser Business Unit and Valencia Community College, and will enable students to combine academic coursework with practical, hands-on learning experiences as they prepare for a career in laser photonics.
