Miami Dade College’s Center for Service Excellence Wins Award

After launching only one year ago, the Center for Service Excellence (CSE) at Miami Dade College has already been recognized for helping business succeed in tough economic times. CSE was recently awarded the 2009 Adult and Continuing Education Commission Exemplary Practice Award from the Florida Association of Community Colleges. In partnership with the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, the CSE provides courses, seminars and certificate programs to all employment levels, from entry to top management, on customer service improvement and assistance topics.
