Social Studies Specialist Wins National Award
Jason Caros, Volusia County’s K-12 social studies specialist, is the recipient of the Mel Miller Outstanding Social Studies Supervisor award from the National Social Studies Supervisors Association. The award was presented to Jason at the NSSSA conference in Houston, Texas, on November 13. Congratulations to Jason for being recognized nationally for his excellent history of leadership to colleagues and the social studies profession.
