Sixteen Horizon Middle School Technology Student Association (TSA) members competed in the 27th National TSA Conference and Competitions in Chicago, Illinois, on June 28th - July 2, 2005. The four-day event was attended by over 4,200 students from high schools and middle schools across the country competing in a wide range of technology education challenges. The Horizon TSA Chapter placed second in the nation overall by placing 14 events into the top ten finalist categories.
"This was a great performance by an outstanding group of students. I
am proud of their effort and how well they represented their school and our
community," said Rebecca Allen, Chapter Advisor.
