The Virtual School Safety Conference was developed
to share the knowledge of national experts with
school district staff around the state without
the expense of traveling to a conference. A series
of workshops have been scheduled around the state,
each one on a different school safety-related
topic. Each session is videotaped for broadcast
on the Florida
Knowledge Network, the Department of Education's
broadcast service. As each session is made available,
broadcast times will be posted on the Florida
Knowledge Network's schedule.
Below is a schedule for
current and upcoming workshops, as well as supporting
materials for each of the sessions. Please contact
Julie Collins, Office of Safe and Healthy Schools
at julie.collins@fldoe.org
or 850/245-0676 with any suggestions for future
workshop topics.
