The website has been developed to assist local educational agency's with the online Request for Applications (Online Title Grants) for selected federal programs under the provisions of No Child Left Behind Act. Please contact the program staff identified on this page by program if you need programmatic or experience a technical difficulty in the online reporting system. The Florida Department of Education's mission is to increase the proficiency of all students within one seamless, efficient system, by providing them with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills through learning opportunities and research valued by students, parents, and communities, and to maintain an accountability system that measure student progress.
