Department of Education to Host CTE Day on the Hill

Tallahassee, Fla., February 13, 2013 - In celebration of National Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, the Department of Education and the Florida Association of Career and Technical Education will host CTE Day on the Hill tomorrow in Tallahassee. Adult and Career Education Chancellor Rod Duckworth will open the event in the Capitol Courtyard.

More than 50 of Florida's high school, technical center, and state college CTE programs, and career and technical student organizations will showcase instructional displays and demonstrations about programs available for Florida students.
