2010 Florida Charter School Conference Taking Place in Orlando

The 14th Annual Florida Charter School Conference opens today in Orlando. The yearly event provides Florida charter school authorizers, operators, administrators and teachers with the opportunity to network, gather information and share best practices about providing quality educational choices for Florida’s families. This year’s keynote speakers include State Board of Education Chairman T. Willard Fair; Distinguished Professor of Education and Founder/Director of the Institute for the Transformation of Learning at Marquette University Dr. Howard Fuller; and Author, Educator and Technology Consultant Ms. Deneen Frazier Bowen.
