GO HIGHER, FLORIDA! TASK FORCE TO MEET IN TALLAHASSEE

Department of Education To Hold Media Briefing Regarding 2007 FCAT Scores for Third and 12th Grade

TALLAHASSEE – The Department of Education will hold a media briefing tomorrow by conference call to discuss the release of the 2007 Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) scores for third and 12th grade in math and reading.

Participating in the call will be:

  • Florida Education Commissioner Jeanine Blomberg
  • Chancellor of K-12 Public Schools Dr. Cheri Yecke
  • Deputy Commissioner of Accountability, Research and Measurement Jay Pfeiffer
  • Office of Assessment and School Performance Administrator Dr. Cornelia Orr
