Education Commissioner Winn to Join Governor Bush and Mayor Bloomberg at Association for a Better New York Breakfast

Florida Department of Education Commissioner John L. Winn will join Governor Jeb Bush and New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg at an address to members and guests of the Association for a Better New York on Tuesday in New York. Governor Bush and Mayor Bloomberg will discuss accountability in America's public schools and the federal No Child Left Behind Act.
