Education Commissioner to Speak at National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education Event
Florida Department of Education Commissioner John L. Winn on Saturday will welcome to Florida and address an audience of presidents and chancellors from the nation's 120 historically and predominantly black colleges and universities at the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO) Presidential Peer Seminar and Leadership Development Institute in Amelia Island.
Hosted by Educational Testing Service (ETS), the Presidential Peer Seminar brings together historically black college and university presidents and chancellors to provide them with information, inspiration, and new skills and relationships to enhance their ability to serve at the helm of their institutions, meet the many demands of governance and better serve their communities.
