Education Commissioner to Speak at Bullying Prevention Conference

ORLANDO — Education Commissioner John L. Winn will tomorrow give the keynote address at Florida's Annual Bullying Prevention Conference in Orlando. Commissioner Winn will welcome more than 600 participants to the conference sponsored by the Florida Department of Education and the Florida Institute of Education at the University of North Florida. The conference will include presentations on effective bullying prevention programs and strategies, cyberbullying, adolescent brain development and bullying, and changing school cultures to address bullying.
