Governor Bush and Commissioner Winn to Hold Press Conference

Governor Jeb Bush and Commissioner John Winn will hold a press conference in Lynn Haven on Friday announcing the creation of the Sunshine Connections, an innovative suite of online tools for teachers.

Governor Bush and Commissioner Winn will be joined by House Speaker Allan Bense, Representatives Ray Sansom and Marti Coley, Superintendents James McCalister, Sr., Dennis Bennett, and Bill Delbrugge, Microsoft Corporate Vice President Gerri Elliott, Teacher of the Year Sam Bennett, and other academic and Microsoft leaders.

Directions to A. Crawford Mosley High School:

  • Exit Interstate-10 at Exit 130 and turn left onto Highway 231
  • Turn right at Baldwin Road (do not turn at the sign that says "Lynn Haven")
  • At the first stop light, turn right onto N. East Avenue
  • Continue until the next stop light and turn left onto Mosley Drive
  • Mosley High School is on the left

Members of the media are encouraged to arrive by 10:30 a.m. to present their press credentials prior to the event. Directions and parking will be facilitated by members of the A. Crawford Mosley High School Junior ROTC.
