Department of Education to Hold Conference Call on School Grades

The Department of Education will conduct a media conference call with Commissioner John L. Winn tomorrow, June 8, to discuss School Grades and Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP). Also joining on the call will be Hanna Skandera, Deputy Commissioner for Accountability, Research and Measurement and Christy Hovanetz Lassila, Director of Evaluation and Reporting.

The conference call will be held at:

2:30 - 3:00 p.m.

A limited number of telephone lines will be available therefore reporters from the same media outlet are encouraged to call in using only one line.
