Education Commissioner to Speak at Golden Apple Awards

Education Commissioner John L. Winn will speak at the Santa Rosa County Golden Apple Awards tomorrow night. The Golden Apple Celebration is hosted by the Santa Rosa Education Foundation and will recognize outstanding teachers and announce the 2006 Santa Rosa County Teacher of the Year.

The event will take place at:
