Education Commissioner Winn to Host Black History Symposium

Education Commissioner John Winn will be joined by Tallahassee Mayor John Marks on Monday to discuss African American history as it relates to Tallahassee. In collaboration with Just Read Florida! and Front Porch Florida, Mayor Marks will also be reading a selection from the Black History Month suggested reading list.
