Commissioner Winn to Make Donation of Books in Jacksonville

Education Commissioner John Winn will participate in Mayor Peyton's Reading Super Bowl event tomorrow in Jacksonville. Commissioner Winn will make a donation of Just Read, Florida! books as part of the mayor's commitment to reading.
