Chairman Handy and Education Commissioner Winn to Attend the National Association of State Boards of Education Meeting in Orlando

State Board of Education Chairman Phil Handy and Education Commissioner John Winn will address the National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE) at a luncheon on Saturday in Orlando. The US Secretary of Education Rod Paige will be on hand as well.
