Education Commissioner Winn to Attend Press Conference in Escambia County

Education Commissioner John Winn will speak at a press conference Wednesday with Escambia County Superintendent Jim Paul. The commissioner will address the state's policies on the Florida Comprehensive Achievement Test, school make up days and other issues pertaining to Hurricane Ivan recovery efforts.
