Education Commissioner Winn to Visit Discovery Elementary School

Education Commissioner John Winn will visit Discovery Elementary School on Thursday in Palm Bay. The Commissioner will tour the school, which had its power restored today, and assess damage inflicted by Hurricane Frances.
