Commissioner Horne to Speak at the 2004 SACS Summer Conference.

Commissioner of Education Jim Horne will be the keynote speaker at the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools in Orlando on Friday. The Commissioner will discuss the successes of K-12 education in Florida.
