Education Commissioner Horne to Announce Substitute Teaching Initiative

TALLAHASSEE — Education Commissioner Jim Horne will announce a new substitute teaching initiative at Griffin Middle School today. He will be joined by Leon County Schools Superintendent Bill Montford, K12 Public Schools Chancellor Jim Warford, Community Colleges Chancellor David Armstrong, and Universities Chancellor Debra Austin.
