Brown v. Board of Education Bus Tour to Visit Bradenton and Sarasota

The Brown v. Board of Education African-American History Bus Tour announced last month by Governor Bush will continue its visit to Bradenton and Sarasota Friday. The bus tour presents information to students and families in communities throughout Florida.

The bus carries an exhibit that recognizes the contributions of African-American leaders in Florida's education history and highlights displays of Florida's heritage, including pictures, sculptures and artifacts.

The tour will visit the following areas:

Sarasota
1:30 p.m.
Sarasota School of Arts & Sciences
645 Central Avenue
Sarasota
