Education Commissioner Horne, Colleges and Universities Chancellor Austin and Community Colleges Chancellor Armstrong to present Florida College Student of the Year Award

Education Commissioner Jim Horne, Colleges and Universities Chancellor Debra Austin and Community Colleges Chancellor David Armstrong will join Florida Leader's Magazine to present the 17th Annual Florida College Student of the year award on Friday at the Capitol.

Out of 20 finalists, one overall winner will be awarded with more than $55,000 in scholarships and prizes.
