Education Commissioner Jim Horne to Hold Press Conference

TALLAHASSEE — Education Commissioner Jim Horne will hold a press conference to announce proposed reforms to increase accountability for Scholarship Funding Organizations participating in the Corporate Tax Credit Scholarship Program.
