FCAT Press Conference Featuring Governor Bush and Commissioner Horne to be Webcast
Commissioner Horne to Hold Follow-Up Conference Call

TALLAHASSEE — Governor Jeb Bush and Commissioner of Education Jim Horne will hold a press conference today at 2:00 p.m. to announce the early results for third and preliminary results for 12th grade on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT).

The press conference will be webcast live at the following link:
www.fldoe.org/webcast

In addition, Commissioner Horne will be available to answer questions from the media during a conference call later this afternoon. The conference call will take place from 4:30 until 5:30 p.m. There are 40 phone lines available and questions will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
