Florida No Child Left Behind proposal available online

TALLAHASSEE — The Florida Department of Education will submit today its No Child Left Behind proposal to the U.S. Department of Education. Florida is one of 12 states that are on track with compliance on more than half of the major federal requirements.

Florida Department of Education Deputy Commissioner John Winn will host a conference call today at 1 p.m. to answer press inquiries on the proposal.
