Secretary Horne to honor two teachers in Hialeah and Venice with Milken National Educator Awards on Thursday

Secretary of Education Jim Horne and Milken Family Foundation Senior Vice President Richard Sandler will be at schools in Hialeah and Venice on Thursday, Oct. 10, to make award presentations to two outstanding teachers.

Please note that the presentations are a surprise to the recipients, whose names will not be revealed until the winner of the Milken National Educator Award is announced at an assembly at each school.
