Title I schools can have the following designations:
- 0 means that the schools are not identified as in need of improvement
- 1 means the school is a year 1 SINI and must offer choice (2 NAYP)
- 2 means the school is a year 2 SINI and must offer choice and SES (3 NAYP)
- 3 means the school is a year 3 SINI and must offer choice and SES (4 NAYP)
- 4 means the school is a year 4 SINI and must offer choice and SES (5 NAYP)
