It provides parents with the tools for children's education and opportunities for public school choice and services under the federal No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). - The National Coalition of ESEA Title I Parents, Inc.
The National Coalition of Title I/Chapter 1 Parents helps economically disadvantaged parents to develop the necessary skills and abilities needed to make sound decisions that result in improving the quality of their children's education.
