District Policy Forms

This web site has been developed to share districts’ policies related to Supplemental Educational Services (SES) including facility usage, schedules, background and fingerprint screening, and provider fairs. It provides valuable information for becoming SES providers in determining which districts they want to serve students and in calculating their rates for services.
